Cancellation Policy

Glam and Chic Events At Glam and Chic Events, we understand that plans can change. However, due to the time, preparation, and resources required to design and execute each event, the following cancellation policy applies: 1. Retainer / Deposit A non-refundable retainer of _50__% is required to secure your event date. This retainer guarantees your booking and is applied toward your total balance. All retainers are non-refundable under any circumstances. 2. Client Cancellations If the Client cancels services: More than 30 days before the event: Payments made beyond the retainer may be refunded, minus any expenses already incurred. 31–60 days before the event: 50% of the remaining balance is due. 30 days or less before the event: 100% of the total contracted amount is due. This includes custom décor, balloon installations, rentals, specialty items, and vendor bookings already secured. 3. Rescheduling If the Client requests to reschedule: The request must be made in writing. Rescheduling is subject to availability. A rescheduling fee of $___ may apply. Payments made may be transferred to the new date within 6 months. If Glam and Chic Events is unavailable on the new date, it will be treated as a cancellation. 4. Custom Items All custom décor, personalized items, printed materials, and special-order rentals are non-refundable once production has begun. 5. Force Majeure In the event of circumstances beyond either party’s control (natural disasters, government restrictions, severe weather, etc.), both parties will work together in good faith to reschedule the event. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis. 6. No-Show Policy If the Client fails to appear at the event location or denies access to the venue at the scheduled time, no
