1. Services
Glam and Chic Events provides event planning, event décor, balloon installations, styling, rentals, and coordination services for private and corporate events.
All services are subject to availability and a signed agreement.
2. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date.

The remaining balance must be paid by the due date outlined in your contract.

No event services will be provided without full payment.

Late payments may result in cancellation of services.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations are subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Retainers are non-refundable. Custom items and specialty rentals are non-refundable once production or ordering has begun.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate event details

Ensure access to the event venue at the scheduled setup time

Obtain necessary venue permissions

Ensure a safe and suitable environment for setup
Delays caused by the Client or venue may result in additional fees.
5. Rentals & Damages
Clients are responsible for rented items from delivery until pickup.
Any damaged, missing, or stolen items will be charged at replacement cost.
6. Force Majeure
Glam and Chic Events is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, venue issues, or severe weather.
7. Website Use
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Glam and Chic Events and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glam and Chic Events shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
