Refund Policy

At Glam and Chic Events, we dedicate significant time, planning, design work, and resources to each event. Because of this commitment, the following refund policy applies to all services.

1. Retainer / Deposit

 

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date.

​

The retainer:

​

  • Reserves your date on our calendar

  • Covers initial planning, design, and administrative work

  • Is applied toward your total balance

 

All retainers are non-refundable under any circumstances.

 

2. Client Cancellations

​

If the Client cancels services:

​

More than 61 days before the event:

 

Payments made beyond the non-refundable retainer may be refunded, minus any expenses already incurred.

 

61–31 days before the event:

 

50% of the remaining balance is non-refundable.

 

30 days or less before the event:

​

100% of the total contracted amount is non-refundable.

his includes custom décor, balloon installations, specialty items, rentals, and vendor payments.

 

3. Custom & Special Order Items

​

All personalized décor, printed materials, specialty rentals, and custom-ordered items are non-refundable once production or ordering has begun.

 

4. Rescheduling

​

Requests to reschedule must be made in writing.

​

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • Payments may be transferred to a new date within 6 months.

  • If Glam and Chic Events is unavailable on the new date, the event will be treated as a cancellation.

 

5. No-Show Policy

​

If the Client fails to provide venue access or does not appear at the scheduled event time, no refunds will be issued.

 

6. Force Majeure

 

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, government restrictions, natural disasters), both parties will work together in good faith to reschedule. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
